Gaver Nichols, Architect was hired to transform this 150 year old dilapidated Federal Style home with a Greek Revival addition into a Conference Facility. The entire house had to be refurbished. A new roof added, the cottage portion of the house re-sided, dormers put in place, glass panes in three of the upstairs windows remained original while others were replaced with antique glass from other sources. Then the exterior was refinished.
